A collection is a group of products created during the course of a community engaged project that may help other researchers and community members in their work.
A product is a tangible artifact created within the various steps of the community engaged project. All the products from one project comprise a collection.
Explore the repository of collections and products through key search terms or browse by health focus area/"tag" and related subcategories. Save the collections you like to your personal library for easy viewing and organizing. We filled out an example exploration for you to get started!
Share and disseminate tools, results, and project processes from your community engaged research with other community engagement practitioners. By making your research tools available, you assist other community engagement practitioners who can then potentially replicate and validate your findings and learn from your project processes.

ABOUT COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
What is community engagement?
Community Engagement is “collaboration between institutions of higher education and their larger communities (local, regional/state, national, global) for mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge and resources in a context of partnership and reciprocity” (Carnegie Classification for Community Engagement at Brown University Swearer Center for Public Service, n.d., para. 1).
Community Engagement at the Medical College of Wisconsin seeks to foster strong relationships between academic researchers, clinicians, and the community in order to work together and address health disparities in marginalized communities in our region and beyond.
